Hi....
I am having a really emergry question that I need help on.
case:
My Husband was a F1 international student and his F1 service had stopped by his school, but his Visa( China) was expires on July, 2009. Couple months ago, he and I gets married and he is ready for file the green card. But his grandfather is very sick now and he have to go back immedately; however, he didn't file anything at this time. If he having a emergry that need to go back on June , what he can do now? And is he able to come back to US?

What will be the status of pending H1B extension case if EAD/AP is used on reentry to US. If the case is approved after rentry, is it possible to change status to H1?

Hi
I just checked my status on line and saw a LUD on my and my wife's pending 485 applications. My priority date is March 2006.
One reason that I am thinking off is that i had a service request opened on 8/22 when i went for infopass appointment and I recd a letter from USCIS dated Sept 30th with the usual template of saying that "we are processing your application bla bl bla and if you dont hear anything from us in 6 months please call us bla bla bla....."
However the LUD is not 9/30 but 10/7. I am wondering if anyone else has seen LUDs on their applications.
My AP and EAD have been renewed long back (about 1 month back).
Any response in this respect is appreciated

Hi all,
I am in a confusing situation would really appreciate some suggestions.
I am the primary applicant and my spouse is the beneficiary for the 485 applications that were sent on July 07. I have received a RFE on my 140. My PD is 12/2004 EB3-India.
My spouse company may be willing to apply for her under EB1C. I have a few questions:
1. Can she apply for 140/485 simultaneously? (I heard concurrent applications are not possible)
2. Can the existing 485s be jeopardized by the new 485s?
3. Do we need to go in for FP and do our Medicals again if we apply for 485s again or are they going to reuse what we have already sent?
4. Do we need to withdraw the existing 485s at some point of time
5. Is this worth the hassel of complicating the applications?
Please help!

I have been working with company A since december 2005 on my OPT.
Company A filed for my H1 that was approved and the start date for this
visa is december 1st 2006 (OPT expires december 15th, 2006). I am
talking to company B that wants me to join in november but is not sure
if they can file for a transfer before my visa begins. I have looked
around in various forums but havent found a satisfactory answer.
I have pay stubs from company A but, of course, they would be dated from
before the beginning of my visa. Can I use these for my transfer
application? Is transfer even possible in my case?

Hi,
I'm trying to bend text into a circle. I want the text to be standing up and then to spin the camera around the outside of the text.
Is there anyway I can bend the text in swift 3d into a circle or do I need to produce each letter seperately and then rotate and position?
Or, can I import the bent (circular) text from another application then 3d ify it in swift 2.0 ?

Mine was filed in august 2007. It took 45 days for it to get audited and it has ever since been in process, that is close to 7 months after audit response.

It should not be a problem. Our GC's were approved when we were overseas and we came in using AP's.
Try to bring print outs of approval from USCIS website. If you have that, they will admit you as a PR. I tried explaining but they didn't listen and used the AP. If you have a printout they willl stamp your passport as a PR and let you in.

Hi,
I got a RFE while doing my H1B transfer under premium processing. They have stated to respond within 60 days. Does anybody have an idea as to whether it takes so long or it gets resolved soon under premium processing? Please help.
Once they recieve the response, if they are satisfied, the same day they will approve. It will not take that long depending on the type of RFE.
