Hi,
I got a RFE while doing my H1B transfer under premium processing. They have stated to respond within 60 days. Does anybody have an idea as to whether it takes so long or it gets resolved soon under premium processing? Please help.

I have not found many sites that go beyond the basics of Swift 3D such as mine (www.kirupa.com/developer/...ndex.htm). (http://www.kirupa.com/developer/swift/index.htm).) Hi,
My employer filed H1B transfer in Feb 2009. however he could not receive RFE letter with in time on mail and only received after RFE submitted date was expired which is May 25th, 2009
In jun1 1st week , he filed for the RFE extension for the stated reason and also refiled H1B to make sure that I should be in valid H1B status in case of first H1B denial in mean time
Employer submitted all the documents related to RFE on June 20th and it got approved on jul 1st.
What are the best options for H1B refiling case
in case if it is denied, will it super impose the original H1B approval ?
is it good idea to cancel/revoke pending H1B refiling case ?

I just got my labor cleared. EB3.
I need to get the I140 processed
Any idea how much time it generally takes for this to process.
The reason I'm asking is because my h1 needs to be processed in April and if this I140 gets cleared before that, I can get my h1 extension for 3 years.

Once you file it usually take 1-2 months.But you have premium processing for I140 now,you can have result in two weeks.So don't worry ..just talk to your attorney.

Guys, Due to all this mess up with dates I decided to file 485/EAD/AP myself and for my wife on 6/29; so filled up everything, attached copies, photos and what not and FedExed all to USICS on June 30 to hit them on 2nd July.
Now I see that by mistake I have put my SSN on my wife's 765. She has been always on H4, never had SSN.
1. What can be the consequence of this mistake?
2. Should I try to pull it back from USICS and submit again (if it's at all possible)

Short term disability usually is not considered a Public Charge. This is because they are usually carried by private insurance or state agencies and not federal ones. However, I would check if one can claim SDI under CA law if one is not a Permanent Resident or a U.S. Citizen.

Is it advisable to file AC21 soon after changing/ joining new employer?
OR
Just keep quite and look for any RFE, if any RFE comes up send AC21 form and updated employer information along with it.
IS there any guidelines from people who already did it successfully

I gave first FP on 9/28 and lat month I took info pass and the officer raised a SR for non delivery of cards to which I got a reply that my card might have lost in mail. I called USCIS who mentioned that my card was never created and now it will be created. Now my online status changes mentioning that I have been sent FP notice again. I called uscis again and mentioned that I already gave biometrics
The officer said it was erroneous so ignore the FP notice and he will be requesting CPO for me. I even called FBI FP line today to confirm that my first FP was fine and they said it was fine and uploaded
