Good to hear that you are a Kabayan!I am currently in Marikina City.My wife is also calling friends and colleagues to contact Senators and Congressmen.I also had my sister(teacher) and cousins (nurses) contact theirs too even way back in Nov 06 when SKIL was being pushed in the new Congress. It is almost a year and at the latest the SChumer/hutchison amendment was withdrawn. I really hope something does pass for Sched A this year.

We have several bills that are being discussed to provide releif for all of us stuck in the Green Card process. We have very few dedicated volunteers working very hard and knocking the doors of representatives across the country seeking support for our bills. We need to lobby hard to get releif for all of us in this election year and lobbying is not cheap. We need dollars to keep up our lobbying efforts. We need help with raising dollars that are needed to keep working for our cause. We do not have Star Players and/or Star Athletes raising funds to support our cause. We need to do it ourselves. We all need to come together as a dedicated team with a mission to raise the targeted dollar amount. Can we do it?. Can we all step up and raise the dollars we need for our cause?.

That is not true, my lawyer who is very influential and he has some good contacts he told me that this year spill-over would be different form last year. I was stupid so didn�t believe him about July 2007, and paying it for now for not having EAD.
I know this is hard to believe especially if something comes from lawyer.

Landed in August 2000.
Company A filed Eb2 labor in Aug 2003, went to backlog center, got an intent to deny letter, replied to that letter, eventually got denied.
Company B filed EB3 labr in Sep 2004, luckily filed I-485 in July 2007, got EAD.
Now working for Company C on EAD as an FTE using AC21 memo feature.

Just wanted to let you know that my EB3 I-140 got approved today. I am a July 2007 concurrent filer. This wait has been frustrating and I've had to let many good opportunities pass by. I had, in the last 2 months, opened 2 service requests. I am not sure if they did the jobor may be the time has come when we will see July approvals coming in hordes.
Good luck to all of you.

Also, Day 1, the FOIA initiative had a goal of $5K.
And without reason, the goal was increased to $10K.
So, pappu should not complain of not reaching the goal when he keeps increasing the goal.

Yesterday I emailed the same to my senators (Tx)... Today I called one of the senator's office and the guy who was talking to me did not have any clue about the issue. So after explaining the issue I faxed the letter again, ofcourse to both senators office.
