Hi
I came to US on L1 in 2005 thru COMPANY-A and then applied for H1B thru COMPANY-B in 2006 and got approval under 2007 CAP. But I didn't start working for COMPANY-B(H1B) and went to India after H1B approval but came to US on L1B again to continue my work with COMPANY-A(Did a leapfrog).
In 2009 I transferred my H1B from COMPANY-B to COMPANY-C and got the petition approval. So I have a valid H1B petition with COMPANY-C.
In the same year my COMPANY-A(L1B holder) applied for COS to H1B under new 2010 CAP and got approval. So my status has been changed from L1 to H1B with COMPANY-A.
Now I have 2 approved valid petitions, one with COMPANY-A and the other with COMPANY-C, my question is if I get an offer from COMPANY-C can I start working with them with out any H1 transfer application ?
or can I transfer my H1B from COMPANY-C to another COMPANY-D ?
Thanks for your help,
Nick.

My H1 with Employer A expires Dec 2009 (7th yr). By that time, if my I140 gets approved (with Employer A) I will be eligible for 3 year extensions from there on. Employer A is willing to keep the I-140 current even if I leave them. Now my question is,
* If I change to Employer B's H1 prior to I-140 approval with employer A, am I eligible to apply for 3 yr extension when I am with Employer B?
Can I transfer from Employer B back to Employer A (if my priority date for I-485 becomes current) when I am on the 3yr extension?
The reason I ask is, if my Priority date becomes current and apply for the I-485, I do not want to use my EAD card. I want to be on H1 to be on safe side (incase anything happens to I-485)
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

We filed two different I485s. One me as Primary, for which I have not received any receipt which reached on July 17th. Another from my husbands employer, me as beneficiary which reached on Aug 13th. We got receipt and FP Notice for one which was applied through my husband's employer. Confusion is that in my receipt notice the Alien Number is different from what I received on my I140 Approval Notice. Is it of any concern? Finally will my husband be able to get EAD from my application?

Last week, White House adviser David Axelrod noted that immigration reform would not happen in the near term unless there was bipartisan support. That's really always been the case, but the comment seems consistent with something said this week by Senate Democratic leaders (as noted in an email alert sent by America's Voice today): During a news conference held by Senate Democratic leaders yesterday, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) and Chairman of the Senate Subcommittee on Immigration, Refugees and Border Security, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) both made clear their unequivocal support for comprehensive immigration reform and outlined their efforts...

...man so much noise...
I'm finding the same thing with my D2H. Take a look at the auto photo I attached earlier today for the noise in the shadows there - yuck. I've also seen an exposure shifting problem during any kind of motordrive and autoexposure. If I select manual mode it seems to go away. But I've examined shot sequences where EXIF data indicates identical Aperture and Shutter and yet there is a shift. I wonder if these things have that much production variance to cause noise and calibration problems like this.
Rick
what do other d2h shooters think?
thanks
